These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the subscription, access, and use of the paid email services provided under the domain @jnmc.net ("Service") by JNMC Alumni Association ("Provider"). By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

The @jnmc.net paid email service provides professional email hosting with allocated storage limits, webmail access, IMAP/POP3/SMTP support, and security features.

• 500 MB
• 1 GB

2. Eligibility & Account Use

• Users must be at least 18 years of age.
• Each account is for individual use only.
• Accurate registration information is mandatory.

3. Membership, Fees & Payment

• Life Members: Eligible for discounted or complimentary plans as per policy.
• Paid Members: Access subject to active subscription.
• All fees are payable in advance and generally non-refundable.

4. Refund Policy

• No refunds for partial usage or voluntary cancellation.
• Refunds may be considered only for duplicate or erroneous payments.

5. Acceptable Use

The Service must not be used for spam, illegal activities, malware distribution, or actions damaging the reputation of the @jnmc.net domain.

6. Data Privacy & Compliance

The Provider complies with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) and follows GDPR-aligned privacy principles. Email content remains the property of the user.

7. SLA & Availability

The Provider targets 99% annual uptime excluding scheduled or emergency maintenance. No monetary compensation is guaranteed for downtime.

8. Suspension & Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
